Wilbert grew up in Chivhu where he carried out his junior and senior school education. He then studied at Mutekedza Secondary school in Chivhu, later moving to Harare where W2 was born. Wilbert, and his twin brother Wellington, have built W2 Industries into a dynamic, growing steel fabrication business with many well known clients across the country. He is passionate to see W2 on the map in the SADC community and grow to export regionally.

Brother to Wilbert, Wellington has much the same background and has been a co-director of W2 since its inception. He is passionate about producing quality products that satisfy customers needs, and has the task of putting W2 on the map internationally.

Admire Gara

Sales Representative

Admire was born in Harare, attended primary school at Tsungayi primary school in highfields and went on to complete secondary education at Rimuka high 1 in Kadoma. He joined W2 in 2012 and is well dedicated to his job with the hopes of seeing W2 become well known throughout Africa. We know Admire as someone who values every job, big or small.

Sophia Rukasha

Marketing Excetutive

Sophia grew up in Gutu where she attended primary and secondary education. She joined W2 in only its second year and is dedicated and loyal to W2, aiming to see it ever growing, valuing customer needs.

Tawanda Maruza

Intern Engineer

Tawanda Maruza was born and raised in Harare where he attended Tendai Primary School, Mufakose 2 High School and Prince Edward High School. He is currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering at Chinhoyi University of Technology. He was hired to do his internship at W2 Industries in December 2014 and hopes to leave a lasting imprint on W2 Industries during his internship period. He loves the company and hopes to see it achieve its vision of becoming the preferred sheet metal products manufacturer in the SADC region.
